The rules according to the artist on this free art you are receiving. What you agree to. Please read all of the following.

I can’t believe I have to go into this but as you know there are some unsavory people in the world who try to take advantage of artists regularly. Me, being the generous soul that I am, want this work to be seen and share it. So I have to set up the rules so it’s clear and you are on your best behavior to follow them or not.

You can post it on your facebook, instagram, website or whatever as long as you say “Brandy Devoid the artist from Old Towne Tattoo in Tucson made it for me."
When you post it on your site you may not digitally alter or remove my signature from it.
You may not claim this work as your own or use it for your own fliers or advertisement

You may only use the art if:

You consult me (the artist) and tell me what you want to use it for.
Include my name and website (Brandy Devoid bdevoid.com) when you use it. If you want to print it on an item you plan on selling for a profit. You must either make an agreed upon donation through my paypal account, donation button on the http://brandy203.wix.com/rollerderbyart site. Also consult the artist! Negotiate something fair. Or you can offer a percentage of your profit. Either way IT IS NOT OK TO USE THIS ART ON YOUR FLIERS OR MECHANDISE WITHOUT ASKING FIRST!
You may print out a few copies with your personal printer to hang around your house. For personal enjoyment. YOU MAY NOT: Upload this image to a site to mass produce merch. (t-shirts stickers buttons) for yourself to make a profit. You may however purchase merchandise from my website that you can sell at a profit http://brandy203.wix.com/rollerderbyart I think redbubble may offer a discount if you buy in bulk.
Of course it goes without saying you may not use this image to produce anything with it without consulting the artist.

Please do send lots of friends to my facebook http://www.facebook.com/Filmmaker55 to get their portraits or pets drawn up for free as derby personas. I also for straight forward pinups, burlesque, old west, time period and pretty much anything. You can pitch me all kinds of ideas and I will simply add you to my “to do list.”

Turnaround time:

If I’m not too busy I can sometimes finish 5 pinup girls start to finish in 2 days. If I have a lot of work ahead of yours it can be a couple of weeks. I will show you rough sketches when I start your project and let you know that the process has begun.

Also just to let you know when you buy my merchandise I generally make about $2.00-$5.00 per item it really isn’t a whole lot to live on.

I usually make a little money tattooing and if you really love my art the best way to support and help out is to buy an original especially right now while the art is priced so low. It is $60.00 each for an original and that’s with shipping included if you live in the United States. If you live in other places in the world add a little extra for shipping. The money goes directly to me the artist and I can buy things like art supplies….also pay rent.

I definitely do except donations…help keep this project going and hit my donation button. I’m not ashamed and there are hard times for us artists out here. Share the love if you’ve got some to give.
